With we are currently working on our upcoming European tour, which will feature a lineup of some of the most established and creative artists in the Mahraganat genre.

The next Tour in Europe - is in February 2024 and features:

Diezel 

Diezel is Egypt's most influential music producer and MC. As the head of the group El Madadfaagya, he helped propel the then-emerging Mahraganat genre to great commercial success in Egypt and the Arab world with tracks like "Ya Leily" (+94 million views) and "Haely Baely" (+29 million views), despite its controversial reception in society. The trend sparked by Diezel's Mahraganat still influences Egypt's current pop and hip-hop scene today. Even Mohamed Ramadan (the most renowned actor and pop star in the Arab region) regularly sings over Diezel's Mahraganat beats in tracks like "Mafia" (+244 million views) and "Nr. 1" (+199 million views). In addition to Mahraganat, Diezel also produces experimental sounds, as well as hip-hop and drill, with tracks like "3rd Moghry" Just before the tour, Diezel will release his latest album under the Cairo Concepts label.

El Waili 

El Waili is currently the most sought-after producer in Cairo's Mahraganat, trap, and experimental electronic music scene. With tracks like "Nazlet Seman feat. Karim Osama" (+1.4 million views) and "El 3bd El Waili feat. Yucifer" (+5.9 million views), he has taken the rhythms and melodies of Mahraganat to new sonic realms, effectively establishing his own subgenre. He has also introduced Mahraganat to singer-songwriters with tracks like "El 3asal feat. Donia Waelll" (+7.2 million views). On his debut in Europe, driven by strong demand from the diaspora community, he will showcase his latest sounds.

Rozzma 

As the first signed artist of Acid Arab Records x Crammed Discs, Rozzma successfully brought experimental Egyptian sounds with Mahraganat-style vocals to the European club scene with tracks like "Sheyaka" and "Baby”. This garnered attention from music magazines like The Quietus and Pan African Music  and he has already performed at Fusion Festival, Dour Festival, and Unsound Festival. Currently signed to XL Recordings, Rozzma is preparing his next releas
e, which he will present on tour.

Phil Battiekh For the past ten years, Phil Battiekh has been the first DJ and producer outside of Egypt to focus on Mahraganat. Shuttling between Basel and Cairo, Battiekh presents the latest developments of Egypt's most popular subculture and its influence on other genres in his sets and releases. On his debut compilation album "Cairo Concepts," Phil Battiekh collaborates with DJ Plead, DJ Haram, and Alaa Fifty. As an established figure in the Mahraganat scene with the most listened-to DJ mixes (+411K listens), he regularly organizes concert tours featuring the most groundbreaking talents of the scene, including this tour.
